UCS aims to foster a society of equal opportunity for ALL people.
Our mission is to create inclusive communities where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential through premium care and support services that foster independence and self-determination.
Unite Community Services strives to provide support to ndis Participants and their families and is seeking to offer individualised services which will allow Participants to have greater Choice, Control and Freedom.
Our team brings extensive experience across all facets of the support industry, including operations management, support work, supported independent living, and behaviour support.
We are passionate about the positive impact the NDIS has on people's lives, and we're dedicated to helping families achieve their goals. Every day, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service with integrity, care, and a deep commitment to supporting each individual we work with.
Getting out and about is important, so we'll support NDIS Participants to be active in their community.
Our goal at UCS is to provide NDIS Participants with assistance in day-to-day tasks, so they can live as independently as possible.
Short Term Accommodation gives NDIS Participants the chance to step away from their daily routine, build new abilities or indulge in their favourite activities.
Participants in Supported Independent Living receive the support they need to live in their own home.

Unite Community Services can help you get ready for the NDIS. We are here to answer your questions and prepare you for the assessment processes.
There are two assessment processes:
Eligibility Assessment: this will determine whether a person is eligible for funding.
Planning Assessment: to determine a person’s goals and aspirations and then design an individualised funding package to help achieve those goals.
Staff from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will undertake these assessments and will use formal systems and tools to ensure consistency, fairness and objectivity. You can bring a support person to these assessments.
The NDIA will work with you to identify current and future support requirements to achieve an individual’s goals.
